Webinar:

Plan with Roadmaps in Projectplace

As you might know, there are two ways to plan in Projectplace. The standard way of planning is to create a project time plan in the Gantt like Plan tool, with a hierarchy of activities and milestones. However, you can also start planning at a higher level by using the Roadmap tool. It supports a thematic way of planning where work packages are broken down into initiatives.

Join this webinar to learn:

  • When to use the Roadmap vs the Plan
  • How to plan your initiatives with Roadmap
  • How to connect a Workspace to a Roadmap
  • How to break down your initiatives into whole projects or actionable tasks
  • About Requests (an intake process for new initiatives/projects)
  • How to track projects at a higher level (roadmap vs portfolios)
