We would like to hear from our customers about current or desired uses of the Planview Customer Success Center (CSC) to support your needs and use cases. This Inner Circle will involve collaborative discussions about the definition and design of new CSC landing pages, role-based content, usability, and other topics as decided by the group.
The members of this Inner Circle will be key partners in defining the core enhancements and features for the Customer Success Center. This circle meets regularly, usually once a month so that the circle can review and provide feedback on requirements and design. Please join us to discuss your use-cases, your challenges and of course, your priorities. This is expected to be a long-running inner circle and input will be collected through meetings, surveys and one-on-one sessions.
The members of this inner circle will be key partners in defining the core enhancements and features that will leverage the power of PV Admin to deliver a tailored, simple experience within their Planview products (Portfolios, IdeaPlace, AgilePlace, PPM Pro, and others) and PV Admin itself, across various user needs, ranging from multiple delivery methods to actionable notifications at a glance.
