With 20+ years in the software space in engineering, IT, technical services and go-to-market roles, as well as drawing from his experience in coaching, mentoring and public speaking, Deric is well-equipped to support the value stream management (VSM) strategies of enterprises and other large-scale organizations.

    Katharine has over 20 years of experience in improving the delivery of customer value worldwide. Beginning her career as a software engineer, Katherine honed her expertise in Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt methodologies in both Manufacturing and Software. Katharine’s background spans QA, BA, Project Management, cost account management, Scrum Master roles, and Lean-Agile and SAFe coaching.

    Throughout her career, Katharine has navigated diverse industries, from integrating large systems and products in the defense sector to bridging the IT-business gap in finance. Leveraging insights gained from collaborating with hundreds of teams, she guides others through the maze of frameworks, methodologies, and pitfalls, facilitating tangible improvements in business outcomes, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
