  • Charlie Kennedy

    Director of IT Transformation and Delivery, Huntington Bank

    Charlie Kennedy is the Agile Practice Leader for Huntington National Bank (HNB). Huntington is a $177 billion asset regional bank headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. HNB offers a comprehensive suite of banking, payments, wealth management, and risk management products and services operating more than 1,000 branches in 11 states. Huntington is in the second year of an enterprise-wide agile transformation. Charlie provides transformation leadership and leads the scrum master organization within the Value Management Office. Previously, Charlie led multiple agile transformations at both HNB and Nationwide Insurance including the digital organizations at both companies. These efforts resulted in greater delivery velocity, improved cost effectiveness, and the ability of the business to better adapt to market conditions. He also served as an Executive Program Manager at Nationwide leading enterprise level large transformational programs.
