  Leila Rosenstråle has 20+ years of experience in project-, program- and software product management, and has deep knowledge and practice in working with multi-disciplined and geographically dispersed teams. After spending the first part of her career in the domain of traditional project management methods, Leila is now an avid spokesperson for agile and iterative ways of working and truly believes in empowering teams using transparent and collaborative ways of working as a way to generate greater business value.
