This inner circle will initially focus on various personas under the umbrella of a technology organization driving business outcomes through OKR’s, Roadmaps, agile planning and aspiring to orient around a product mindset via value streams.
We are looking for engaging discussions around which leaders, stakeholders and supporting teams need what level of connected and actionable information for key planning or steering focused business reviews. We will demonstrate and highlight where initial MVP functionality is headed around Planview.Me, while also gather input from you to shape how this platform experience will grow and build out over time.
