    PPM Center of Excellence Leader

    Michelle Misko is leader of Cargill’s Portfolio and Project Management Center of Excellence. The PPM COE defines and governs consistent PPM processes, data and technology across all Enterprises and Functions. This allows better investment decisions for Cargill projects by involving the correct people from the start and ensures access to all the necessary information throughout the project lifecycle. Michelle has been with Cargill for more than 30 years in various businesses and functions leading teams in the PPM space.  She holds a BS in Computer Information Management from College of St. Mary in Omaha, Nebraska and she is a certified Project Management Professional.

    Sr. Director, Sustainability and Operations

    Pete is a director in Cargill’s Global Impact organization and is responsible for leading  Cargill’s sustainability efforts in operationsIn that capacity, he is the primary liaison to Cargill’s global plant operations groups, and he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enable Cargill’s operating businesses to achieve Cargill’s sustainability goals and commitments.  Pete has been with Cargill for 18 years and focused on sustainability for the last 13 years.  He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
