[LEANKIT 13-MINUTE THURSDAY WEBINAR SERIES]

Simplifying PI Planning with LeanKit

Simplifying PI Planning with LeanKit

Is your organization doing Program Increment (PI) Planning, also referred to as Big Room Planning or Quarterly Planning? Watch this 13-minute Thursday webinar to learn how to simplify PI Planning for agile teams by using LeanKit.

About 13-Minute Thursdays
13-Minute Thursdays (13mTh) is our unique way of delivering helpful content to LeanKit users in manageable, bite-sized chunks. Presented in webinar format, each session dedicates (around) 13 minutes to a single, high-value LeanKit feature, explains its intended use case, while leaving just enough time for Q&A.

We find that this focused approach helps our customers:
  • Build confidence in their daily use of the LeanKit platform, and
  • Provide targeted feedback directly to LeanKit product management.
Each session is open to novices and experts alike, reserving the first 13 minutes for content, the next 7 minutes for Q&A, and 5-10 additional minutes of buffer time.

Topic: Program Increment (PI) Planning
PI Planning brings together teams of teams or Agile Release Trains (ARTs)  to collaborate and plan what will be delivered during a 10-12-week increment.  At the onset, leadership provides business context and vision. Teams then work together to prioritize epics and align everything to organizational goals and objectives. The outcome is a prioritized set of deliverables the team commits to delivering within the increment. PI Planning provides open transparency across the ARTs and allows them to navigate dependencies, risks, and balance capacity across the teams of teams with the key stakeholders.

This 13-minute Thursday webinar will give you a high-level overview of how LeanKit can be used to help visualize, plan, and deliver work from the portfolio to the team. LeanKit Product Management will demonstrate how to best use LeanKit to facilitate PI Planning and how to visualize the outcomes across teams

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum., download the free report now.
