Best practices for using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) in AgilePlace

This 13-minute Thursday webinar will show you best practices related to OKRs in AgilePlace (formerly LeanKit), so that you can turn big-picture goals into real, actionable plans at every level of your organization.

About 13-Minute Thursdays
13-Minute Thursdays (13mTh) is our unique way of delivering helpful content to AgilePlace (formerly LeanKit) users in manageable, bite-sized chunks. Presented in webinar format, each session dedicates (around) 13 minutes to a single, high-value AgilePlace feature, explains its intended use case, while leaving just enough time for Q&A.

We find that this focused approach helps our customers:
  • Build confidence in their daily use of the AgilePlace platform, and
  • Provide targeted feedback directly to AgilePlace product management.
Each session is open to novices and experts alike, reserving the first 13 minutes for content, the next 7 minutes for Q&A, and 5-10 additional minutes of buffer time.

Topic: Best practices for using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) in AgilePlace
OKRs stand for Objectives and Key Results. It’s a framework frequently used in Agile organizations for defining, aligning around, executing, and measuring progress toward key organizational goals. In simple terms, OKRs answer the questions:

Where do we want to go? (The Objective)
How will we measure our efforts to get there? (The Key Results)

OKRs in AgilePlace help you to align and connect OKRs throughout the organization, from the Enterprise, Portfolio and Program level, all the way down to Team level, creating a common understanding of how everyone's work fits into the bigger picture strategy of the organization.

Watch this 13-minute Thursday webinar to learn best practices around:
  • how to define ambitious objectives
  • how to define specific and measurable key results
  • how to link organizational and team goals in a hierarchical way to measurable outcomes
  • how to review OKRs for measuring progress

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum., download the free report now.
