PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Projectplace T-Shirt Give-Away Contest (“Contest”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on September 19, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on October 19, 2017 (the “Promotional Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contest open to legal U.S. residents who are of legal adult age as prescribed by applicable law at the time of entry. Employees / officers / directors of Planview, Inc. and its subsidiaries / affiliates / advertising and promotional agencies, and individuals providing services to Planview, Inc. through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency or on any contract basis during the Promotional Period, and their immediate families / household members, are not eligible. Void outside the 50 United States and District of Columbia and where prohibited. This promotion is not applicable to previous Projectplace trials.
TO ENTER: Participants must (1) sign-up for a Projectplace trial at https://www.projectplace.com/enterprise/ and (2) submit a Contest entry at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZZY9VKS to be eligible to win a t-shirt. Contest entry must include a preferred shipping address and a screenshot of a Board in Projectplace. All entries must be received within the Promotional Period. Sponsor is not responsible for transmission and / or computer error, sign-ups that are late or incomplete. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the scheduling of the Contest without prior notice. Uses of fictitious names or addresses could result in federal prosecution for fraud.
PRIZE: Black T-shirt (Projectplace branded with “Get Sh!t Done” phrasing). The first 81 participants to sign-up for a Projectplace trial and submit a Contest entry will win a t-shirt. Prize is non-transferable, and will be delivered to the preferred shipping address provided in the Contest entry. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery.
LIMITATIONS AND WAIVER: Planview, Inc. shall not be responsible for fulfillment delays. The prizes will be awarded, pending receipt of qualified entries. The winner shall bear all risk of loss of prize, and of damage to person or property caused by its use, after it has been delivered to the winner. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and further agree that 1.) the Sponsor and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, city and state of residence, the Projectplace screenshot submitted through SurveyMonkey and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2.) Sponsor, promotional / advertising agencies and their affiliates, employees, officers and directors will be held harmless from any liability, loss, injury, damage, claim and action arising from Contest or prize acceptance, possession or use. Sponsor and administrator assume no liability or responsibility neither for safety of prize nor for any warranty, including but not limited to quality or fitness or representation relative to the prize.
NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via email. Winner must furnish applicable identification for prize or prize will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or destroyed mail or email. For a list of winners, contact [email protected].
